What cookies and data we use

• Necessary (no consent required): the session cookie citeora_session keeps access to paid audits and secures the site. During payment, the payment gateway Stripe processes the cookies it needs — without them a payment cannot be completed.
• Analytics (with your consent only): Google Analytics 4 stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* to measure anonymized traffic (how many people visit, which pages they read). They only start after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. The processor is Google Ireland Ltd.
• Chatbot: if you write to us in the chat and leave an email, we keep the message and email solely so we can respond to your inquiry.

Consent and withdrawal

Analytics cookies will not run until you consent to them. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time — either using the button below (the cookie banner will show again), or by clearing cookies/data in your browser.
